Caged Origami Crane Pendant

A pendant I made, I expect it will be the first of many similar (and improved) versions. I'm going to try using finer wire in the next version, and I plan to add more detail. Maybe I'll even make a steampunk one...

The cage was made with tinned copper wire soldered painstakingly together and painted black, with a sterling silver bottom. I folded the crane from a 3/4" square piece of tracing paper.

This pendant is 1 3/4" high from the top of the loop to the base of the cage.
